Scaredy cats! Curious moggies follow robot cleaner around cafe – but scatter in TERROR when it turns towards them

Curiosity almost killed these cats when the robot cleaner they were following turned towards them, making them leap in the air and flee in terror.

The inquisitive felines were mesmerised by a cleaning robot brought to the 29neko Cat Cafe where they live in Fukui, Japan.

They followed it closely, but when it hit a wall and then moved towards them, they suddenly scattered around the room in panic.
